Dance has been my passion since childhood. I immersed myself in every class I could—jazz, theater, ballet, lyrical, hip hop—and loved performing in character shoes, which sharpened choreography and brought out the best in each move. At 17, I began teaching and deepened my love for movement, musicality, and well-being. A few years later, I discovered my true calling in Stilettos/Heels dance. This style connects my dedication to dance with a powerful sense of feminine empowerment, technique, and total commitment to each movement.

Now, I’m thrilled to bring my experience to Brunswick, Maine, where I’m introducing Stilettos (Heels) dance—a new and empowering style to the area—alongside high-energy hip-hop dance that challenge the body and mind.

Dance is more than technique to me; it’s a way to connect with oneself, strengthen from within, and build a healthy relationship with the body. My training across ballet, jazz, and salsa, paired with my specialization in Stilettos and Hip-Hop, allows me to teach in a way that helps students discover confidence and express themselves fully. My background in Nutritional Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell complements this approach, deepening my understanding of the connections between physical strength, mental health, and overall well-being. Just as good nutrition supports the body and mind, dance can be a source of resilience, confidence, and joy.

My Teaching Philosphy

With eight years of experience, I’ve crafted a teaching style that goes beyond choreography to focus on holistic health and empowerment. I believe that just as nutrition supports both the mind and body, dance has the power to foster resilience, joy, and a positive self-connection. My goal is to create classes that build confidence, mental clarity, and physical strength in a supportive, challenging environment.
